When Virtual Friends Meet
It is always such a joy to actually meet friends who I have only known through their blogs. This year I met Stephanie (pictured left with Ann and me) and Kelli (pictured right with us). I met both of them about ten years ago in the Blogosphere.
Stephanie still blogs here. She did a Q&A with me [here] in May. We met Stephanie when she was in KC this Spring.
I keep up with Kelli via FB. I have shared her thoughts on my blog here, here and here. We met last week in Fort Worth.
I loved getting to know these two amazing young women. They both are great examples of people of faith.
Have you ever met a virtual or blogging friend? Care to share a few words about the experience?

I LOVED meeting you and Ann. Only time I've met up with a blogging friend and am so glad I did it. I felt like I was meeting a new and an old friend all at once.
ReplyDeleteFeeling is so mutual Stephanie. Love the idea of meeting a new and an old friend all at once.
DeleteI've met and posted pictures of my two dear blog friends. Sue, in CA and on our way to Tahoe each year. We have now spend many hours and days together. Our hubby's are great friends now too. And dear Martha, could be my daughter, but somehow loves this old woman and has come twice from NY to visit me. I love them both dearly, and they both love the Lord, so we are really "sisters" in Christ. Would love to meet you and Ann Bob if you ever make it to So. CA.
ReplyDeleteSeeing you all in California is one of my travel goals Wanda. After this short trip to Texas, I think I will need a bit more energy to do it. ツ
DeleteOf course our KC door is always open to you all as well.
How wonderful! I have meet a few of mine and it is such an awesome experience.
ReplyDeleteHope to wonder meet you Debby. I have several blogging friends in California (Wanda being one of them) and would love to share a meal with them.
