DeleteIt's too bad manners seems to matter little for most these days. Simply stand behind someone at Starbucks or any fast food line and you will hear people rarely, if ever, say thank you and/or please. Rather, it's "yeah, GIVE ME a big mac and coke, and how about some fries too." or something ike that. Or worse yet, "I WANT..." Seriously, you'd be surprised just how rude peeps have become even parents of young ones who at the table will tell their kids to say please and than you but rarely will actually model it in public.
ReplyDeleteEveryone woudl do well to ask themselves if they always say please and thank you. I know I do and as such take note and treat you all the better. People behind the counter deserve to be treated as indeed people, not your lacky slave or servant or what have you.
