a Boss is not always a Leader

A few observations from this image that I have found true:

    •  Workers usually carry the boss;
    •  Bosses are not always capable of doing the work;
    •  Leaders usually get their hands dirty;
    •  The workers' load is lighter when the boss leads;
    •  Leaders create an atmosphere of inspiration.

Generally speaking, a boss is a positional title. A leader may not have a formal title.
