This image has me wondering if it is good to be a "Morning Person".
Morning is wonderful. Its only drawback is that it comes at
such an inconvenient time of day. -Glen Cook
I'd say I'm not a morning person but I'm really not sure
I'm an evening person either. -Tony Tran
I'm a dog person and an evening person because people and
mornings had their chances to win me over and blew it. -Unknown
Quotes aside, are you a morning or evening person?
Can't lay the quotes aside. Sorry, such a disparity of opinion. Hilary Rubenstein said, Blessed are the owls, for they shall inherit the mystery and magic of the night.
ReplyDeleteOn the other hand, John's Gospel says, And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.
I used to most definitely be a morning person. But now, in the evening years of my life, it seems there may be some unbidden changes acting within me. :-)
LOL vanilla. I am definitely a lover of darkness when I am trying to sleep.
DeleteLike vanilla, there are some unbidden changes acting within me as well. I do the majority of my creative work early in the mornings. I like the quietness. Once my wife wakes up, everything changes. So on the weekends she likes to sleep in while I drink my coffee, read, pray and blog. I get a average of 5 or 6 hours of sleep now that I am approaching Heaven.
ReplyDeleteI like the quietness of the morning too Eddie.
DeleteI used to be a night person but now I don't know anymore. And I've read an article not long ago that may interest you. Apparently there are 4 types of sleep schedule - the lark, owl, hummingbird and turkey. Since I don't know if I'm a lark or owl, I hope I'm a hummingbird and not a turkey!!! Check out the article here: http://www.spring.org.uk/2014/11/the-4-types-of-sleep-schedules-we-all-fit-into.php
ReplyDeleteOops. Hope this works. Here's the article.
ReplyDeleteInteresting Pearlie. Lately I think that I fall into the fourth group that feels lethargic all day.
DeleteI think I am more of an evening person......
